Ways to Give
Why Give
This year your financial contributions provided over 400 (or 54%) of our students some kind of need- or merit-based financial aid, inspired 98% of our graduates to continue their studies at colleges and universities, and balanced our budgets yet another year. Thank you! Please, partner with us again as we invest in our young people and prudently serve our local and global communities – give your gift today!
The legacy of DeLaSalle has endured for 123 years in large part because of the financial support of countless parents, staff, alumni, and friends of the school. Thank you for your support of today’s students, young women and men who otherwise could not afford to be an Islander without you.
Because of you, we continue to provide the largest per capita financial assistance program of any Catholic high school in Minnesota. True to our Lasallian heritage, we are not a school for rich kids or a school for poor kids, but we are a school for all kids. Our families come from all backgrounds – and their sons and daughters learn to work together, pray together, and serve together. Half will be able to stay at De and pay a reduced tuition because you have helped.
We are also able to renovate or build new facilities to meet the needs of a growing school. We provide equity for all students in the allocation of technology and other resources because you have helped. The Development Office can answer questions about our school’s finances, assist with gifts of stock, real estate, and retirement assets, and estate planning.
We are faithful stewards of your support. Our budgets are balanced. We are not burdened by debt. Our endowment is growing. Our donors are very much a part of a resurgent DeLaSalle. You, too, are Islanders! And you can take great pride in that connection!

The Annual Giving Fund directly supports the operational costs of the school. Giving to this fund keeps the lights on, the rooms warm, and our facilities suited for the best possible learning environment for DLS students.
Brother Michael Collins Legacy Fund
In 2012, this fund was renamed in honor of Brother Michael Collins, FSC `55. The Legacy Fund provides donors with the option of making a gift directly into annual student scholarship and financial aid programs. Previously, it was known as the Lasallian Mentors Scholarship Fund.
