Girls Basketball Section Championship Fan Bus Sign Up

The Fan Bus goes TO and FROM Stillwater High School on March 7th. The bus will depart DeLaSalle 1 hour prior to the start of the game (6pm for a 7pm game).  Sign up by 3pm Wednesday, March 6.

Spring Sports Registration Now Open

Click Here to register for Spring Sports at DeLaSalle. Spring sport options include baseball, softball, lacrosse, golf, boys tennis, track and field, and synchronized swim.  A reminder that if this is your first time registering for a sport this school year, you will need to create an rSchool account and have a digital copy or picture of your students sports physical, clearing them for MSHSL activity.

Minneapolis Park & Rec Jobs

Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board’s (MPRB) Aquatics Department will be in the Florance Center on Thursday, March 7th, during all lunch periods to recruit for summer job opportunities. Interested students should be interested in lifeguarding, swim lessons, and a wide range of other seasonal employment opportunities including front desk and customer service throughout Minneapolis.

You must be reliable, hardworking, and support the mission to serve swimmers/guests safely.  These positions will offer competitive pay, multiple incentive bonuses including staying to work the whole summer, certification reimbursement, and a great chance to be involved in community programs!  

Lifeguard classes are available for those that are interested. New this year, for individuals 17 or younger, the cost of the Lifeguard Class will be FREE.  Anyone who is 18, the cost of the class will be $200. If anyone is not able to afford this financially, we have scholarship dollars that will cover the cost of the class.

Starry Night Prom

The Starry Night Prom is an annual semi-formal prom for people with disabilities in the Twin Cities community. Hosted by DeLaSalle High School’s Lasallian Ministry, the event is free and open to the public. The students who host this prom prepare by attending seminars and sensitivity training as well as planning the foodservice and festive decorations that transform the gymnasium into a beautiful dance hall.

Fashion Camp 2024

Please fill this Interest Form out if you are interested in attending the Spring Break Fashion Camp at Lovely's Sewing & Arts Collective from March 11-15 (9 AM - 1PM). During this camp you will learn how to sew and create your own pieces of clothing and accessories. You will then have a chance to sell your work or potentially be featured in a Minneapolis Fashion Week! This camp is free and a great way to be creative and learn a new skill.

2023-24 Yearbook Information

The Yearbook committee is gathering photos and especially in need of pictures from clubs and student groups. Students can submit photos using the Yearbook Snap app. The password is "islanders." The app should already be on student iPads but can also be downloaded to your phone. See Ms. Carlson if you have questions or need assistance.

Business Summer Camp

Saint Catherine University and Katie Leadership Impact are delighted to announce that our Lead & Influence Business Summer Camp is back again, June 24-28 2024!

This free, five-day summer camp empowers 11th and 12th grade high school females to see themselves as leaders and learn from women in professional business careers while experiencing life at St. Catherine University’s St. Paul campus.

Last year, we had over 80 applicants and accepted 40. Because the camp is free, spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If you have students who may be interested, please encourage them to apply now!
