Welcome to DeLaSalle! We are grateful for your interest in our school and excited to introduce you to our community.

Located in the heart of Minneapolis on historic Nicollet Island, DeLaSalle offers an educational experience unlike any other. Our distinctive campus on the Mississippi River, combined with our mission as a Catholic Lasallian school, provides students with opportunities to be challenged academically, grow spiritually, and lead through service both in the classroom and throughout the community.

DeLaSalle draws students from more than 135 grade schools across the Twin Cities metro area, and we welcome students and families of all backgrounds to join our vibrant and diverse community. As a Catholic school rooted in the Lasallian tradition, we help students deepen their faith through classroom and service learning, challenge them intellectually with coursework that prepares them for life beyond graduation, and encourage them to discover their passions through athletics, activities, and global pathway opportunities that broaden their experiences and help them become well-rounded young men and women.

Before & After DeLaSalle

Centrally located on historic Nicollet Island, DeLaSalle is the closest high school to downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, Old St. Anthony, and other Twin Cities landmarks.

More than 14,000 students have graduated from DeLaSalle over our 124-year history. Students come from neighborhoods all over Minneapolis and St. Paul and from communities as far away as 30 miles in each direction.

Consistently, between 97 percent and 100 percent of DeLaSalle’s graduates have matriculated to college – within the past decade to colleges and universities in over 40 states and seven countries.
