Fall Athletics

Registration

Registration for Fall Sports is now open! Click this link to fill out the form. Please note that part of the registration process is submitting a sports physical form. Without both the registration form and the sports physical turned in, your student will not be cleared to participate until completed.

Parent/Athlete/Coaches (PAC) Meeting - August 5th

Attention Fall Sports Athletes! The Parent, Athlete, and Coaches (PAC) meeting will be held in the DeLaSalle Main Gym on August 5th from 6-7:30pm. During this meeting, you will hear from the Activities Department on registration, MSHSL eligibility, school policies, and more. After hearing from the Activities Department, sports will break out into their own sessions to gather sport specific information from the coaches (uniforms, schedules, transportation, etc.). It is highly recommended to attend this meeting to know what to expect for the fall sports season!

Sports Physicals

Due to a change in the sports registration process this year, we need to gather all students' sports physicals even if they have been submitted in the past. Those can be turned into the Activities Office or uploaded here. To use the upload option, please note you need to be logged into a google account.  If you don't have a google account, please email a pdf file of the sports physical to activitiesoffice@delasalle.com.
