DeLaSalle proudly congratulates Owen Caputo Sullivan '25, who has been named a semifinalist in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program. Principal Brian Edel was able to surprise Owen today during school with this incredible news. Owen earned the recognition for his outstanding performance on the 2023 PSAT. As a semifinalist, Owen is recognized among the top one percent of more than 1.5 million high school seniors in the United States.

This marks the 23rd consecutive year that at least one DeLaSalle student has been recognized by the National Merit Scholarship program. Join us in congratulating Owen, his family, his parents, his teachers at DeLaSalle and in his grade school for the considerable effort that led to such an outstanding performance.
