DeLaSalle extends congratulations to the students who have achieved induction into the school's National Honor Society chapter for the academic year 2023-24. The induction ceremony for the 64 new members took place on November 16, 2023. Selection for the National Honor Society is based on students embodying the four pillars of NHS: Leadership, Scholarship, Character, and Service. The list of honorees is available here.

Inducted students comprise 11th and 12th graders who initially received invitations to apply for NHS by maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Once qualified candidates submitted their applications, a selection committee consisting of teachers, staff, and administrators convened to assess their applications, transcripts, and other relevant school data, along with candidate evaluations provided by the entire DeLaSalle staff.

The DeLaSalle Chapter of the National Honor Society has been in existence since 1929. Over a million current high school students across the nation have earned NHS recognition, with active chapters spanning all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, numerous U.S. territories, and Canada. Furthermore, NHS chapters can be found in international and American schools worldwide.
