TRANSPORTATION UPDATE
July 2007

RE: Transportation update on Minneapolis bus routes

FYI
If you want to request any change in the bus stop, please contact Br. Robert at DeLaSalle.

FYI
If there are no riders at a particular stop for five consecutive days, the stop will be erased. If you want to start riding from this area again, then expect your request to take a few days before it’s reactivated.

FAQ
“My stop is too far from my house, can we ask the bus to stop closer?” Usually this request is denied. High school students are expected to walk ½ mile.

FAQ
“My stop is in an area I don’t like because it appears unsafe.” DeLaSalle, along with First Student, will investigate and make the final determination. These requests are taken seriously and acted upon within 48 hours.

FAQ
“I want to go to my friend’s house after school. Can I ride his/her bus which is a different route?” Yes, but you need to get a special bus pass from Br. Robert after he checks for your parent’s permission.
