DeLaSalle High School proposes to enact the Nicollet Island Agreement of 1983 (between DeLaSalle and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board) to build a multi-purpose athletic facility on Nicollet Island.

On March 1, 2006, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board approved the DeLaSalle Site Plan and Reciprocal Use Agreeement, each by a 6-3 vote. Now, the project advances to the City Council and other departments for additional approvals.

Action Item 4.1: That the Board approve the Concept Plan for the Athletic Field as presented by DeLaSalle. (Approved by a 6-3 vote)

Action Item 4.2: That the Board approve the DeLaSalle Reciprocal Use Agreement. (Approved by a 6-3 vote)
