| College Entrance Requirements |
Admissions policies among the many colleges and universities
vary greatly. It is advisable that students check with all colleges
of interest for specific requirements. DeLaSalle High School provides
course curriculum to meet college preparatory standards. In general,
for a four-year college, a student will need 4 years of English,
3 or 4 years of Mathematics, 3 or 4 years of Science (three years
of a Lab Science), 3 years of Social Studies, and a minimum of 2
years in the same World Language.
Students interested in highly selective colleges should take the
most advanced courses available. Students should work closely with
admissions counselors at the collge or university to which they
are applying. |
