Depositing Money Into Your Student's Cafeteria Account
Families may deposit cash or check payment in the Main Office at the school during normal business hours. If you are depositing money via check, please include the student's last name and ID number in the check memo.
DeLaSalle sent the following update regarding LunchTime to current families on Tuesday, August 26:
Dear DeLaSalle Families,
We are experiencing an issue with the online payment portal for LunchTime, our new cafeteria software. While we work on the solution for this issue, deposits to student lunch accounts will need to be made by cash or check in the Main Office. Deposits received before 8:30am will be entered to student accounts prior to the start of that same day's lunch service. Please remember to include the student’s last name and ID number in the check memo.
For returning students, last year's lunch account balance has been transferred to their account in the new software. Students can check their balance with the cashier during check out. Parents can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns or to inquire about account balances. When the payment portal is up and running, families will be able to make deposits with a credit card or checking account and look up account balances online.
We will notify families with the web link as soon as the issue is resolved and ready for you to create your account. Your patience and understanding is appreciated and we apologize for this inconvenience.
