Class of 2017
Saturday, May 4, 9:00 - 11:00am - Honors Mastery Exams
Advanced placement/mastery exams are offered for students aspiring to 9th grade placement in modern languages or science placement beyond the typical 9th grade level. If you have not yet registered for the exams, please contact Patrick Felicetta at 612.676.7605.
- The Spanish, French, and Chinese placement exams will be offered from 9:00 - 10:00am.
- The Science placement exam will be offered at 10:00 - 11:00am.
Each of the exams can last up to 55 minutes.
By May 20 - Tuition Payment Due
First tuition payment is due for families who choose to pay in 12 monthly installments, pay in two installments or pay in full.
June-July 2013
Summer Camps are offered in baseball, boys' basketball, cheerleading, football, girls' basketball, boys' and girls' soccer, softball, theatre and volleyball. Register online.
By July 20 - Tuition Payment Due
First tuition payment is due for families who choose to pay in 10 monthly installments.
Throughout August - Technology Orientation
Students and at least one parent must attend a REQUIRED Technology Orientation Program to introduce DeLaSalle's practices and philosophies regarding technology and use of the school-issued iPad. Students receive their iPads at the conclusion of the orientation. More than one orientation will be offered.
August 8 - Athletic Eligibility and Fall Team Coaches Meetings
Athletic Eligibility and Fall Team Coaches Meetings is presented in two parts: the first session covers all eligibility policies of DeLaSalle and the Minnesota State High School League for student-athletes and should be attended by each student (and at least one parent) participating in any sport during the 2013-14 school year. After a brief break, students interested in one of the fall athletic programs will attend breakout sessions with coaches to cover schedules, expectations, goals, etc. More details to follow.
August 12 - School Uniform Pick-Up
School Uniform Pick-Up in the School Store for orders placed in the spring.
August 12 - Fall Sports Begin
Fall Sports Begin with afternoon or evening practices for football, boys' or girls' soccer, boys' and girls' cross-country, girls' swimming, girls' tennis, girls' volleyball and cheerleading. Student-athletes should expect daily practice after the 12th. More details to follow from the Student Activities Office.
August 22 - New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation, a REQUIRED program for new students, begins at 8:30am. All new students meet new classmates, meet their academic mentor, receive their class schedules, and then are introduced to teachers and important school personnel as part of a 90-minute tour / building orientation.
August 23 - First Full Day of Classes
First Full Day of Classes, 8:30am to 3:00pm.
