Admission Fees
DLS students as well as adults and family members are reminded to always be prepared to pay an admission fee when attending activity events at other schools.
Reminder, there is an admission charge for section playoff games for all fans, including DeLaSalle students, parents, and staff; $5 for all students and $7 for adults.
Admission prices for regular season home football, volleyball and basketball games is $5 for adults, $3 for non-DLS students(K-12), and $3 for seniors. Home regular season games and events are free for DLS students with a current DeLaSalle student ID card.
Athletic Physicals
The Minnesota State High School League requires every student athlete to have a new physical every three years. Doctor-completed physical forms should be mailed to Peggy Juergens at DeLaSalle as soon as possible.
Currently the MSHSL is revising its procedures for verifying eligibility. The process for completing forms is being updated, changes to the policy are occurring on a rolling basis. Please visit www.mshsl.org for the most current information regarding these forms.
Families are encouraged to visit their family doctor when a physical for athletic eligibility is needed. Please click the link for more information on low cost physicals at Target clinics.
To check the date of your last physical email Peggy Juergens. Physical forms must be turned into the activities office before the first date of practice. A blank physical exam form may be printed from the link or the clinic may have copies at their offices; check before going.Required Forms for Athletic Participation:
