DIRECTIONS
From the South / 35W heading North:
Follow 35W to the downtown exits. Take 5th Avenue exit. Go through the stoplight, heading north on 5th Avenue. Follow 5th Avenue to Washington. Take a left onto Washington, proceed to Hennepin Avenue. Take a right onto Hennepin. Go through three stoplights and you will be on the Hennepin suspension bridge. Go two-thirds of the way across the bridge and take the first right onto Wilder. You will see DeLaSalle High School (on your left) from the bridge.

From St. Paul / 94 heading West:
Take the 5th Street (Metrodome) exit. Before you reach the first stoplight veer to the right to make a right turn onto 11th Avenue. Cross railroad tracks and continue to Washington. Take a left onto Washington and proceed to Hennepin Avenue. Take a right onto Hennepin. Go through three stoplights and you will be on the Hennepin suspension bridge. Go two-thirds of the way across the bridge and take the first right onto Wilder. You will see DeLaSalle High School (on your left) from the bridge.

From North Suburbs / 94 heading East:
Take the Downtown/4th Street North exit to Hennepin Avenue. Go left on Hennepin through the downtown area. Follow Hennepin onto the suspension bridge. Go two-thirds of the way across the bridge and take the first right onto Wilder. You will see DeLaSalle High School (on your left) from the bridge.

From West Suburbs / 394 heading East:
Take Washington Avenue exit, turn right onto Washington. Go three blocks to Hennepin, turn left. Follow Hennepin to suspension bridge. Go two-thirds of the way across the bridge and take the first right onto Wilder. You will see DeLaSalle High School (on your left) from the bridge.

From the North / 35W heading South:
Take the University Avenue--4th Street exit. Turn right onto 4th Street. Caution: There is no turn allowed on red light here. Proceed on 4th Street (it is a one way street) until it "Ts" into 1st Avenue. Turn left onto 1st Avenue, continue three blocks onto the Hennepin Avenue suspension bridge. Once on the bridge, take the first, immediate right onto Nicollet Island and the DLS campus.


SCHOOL BUSING
Free school bus transportation is provided to those students living within the Minneapolis city limits, taking students from their block to DeLaSalle's front door. School busing in St. Paul and many suburbs is also offered for a reasonable rate through DeLaSalle Transportation. Other families may be assisted in arrangement of car pool services.


PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
In addition, four MCTO public bus routes stop in front of our school. The #4, #18, and #61 routes all have scheduled stops at DeLaSalle High School. The #6 route crosses the Hennepin Avenue Bridge, but does not have a specific listing for DLS. The Hiawatha Line (light rail) is Route #55 and connects with buses at the Hennepin Avenue Station on 5th Street.
